• I planned and developed projects following the construction laws of the city. (Refurbishment
and construction of squares, streets, health centres, etc.)
• I estimated refurbishment and construction budgets. (Project costs varied nearly between
A$100,000 and A$1,000,000.)
• I designed projects with electronic models and assessed changes in designs. (I created the
floor plan according to the needs of the Prefecture, always trying to ensure that the work does
not exceed the available budget.)
• I mediated communication between internal and external employees. (Giving guidance on how
each stage of the projects should be done and looking for quality outsourced companies to
perform the services that the Prefecture did not perform.)
Accomplishments: Designated as technical support and lead 3D modeller in developing architectural
designs. Preparation of budgets for the work team perform the design I had developed. I developed
