Branch Organizational History

Primary.
The primary presidency was Headed by Sis Kizito Christine With Sister Musimami
Eva Mwere As first councilor, Sister Aliddeki Jackline as Second Councilor and
Sister Nakazzi Lydia as Primary Secretary.
Sister Eve Musimami Mwere was in charge of the Nursery.
The total number of Children in the Branch was 22.
Due to the restrictions resulting from COVID 19, primary children had no access to
attending Sunday services for 8 months. Only 20 classes (combined together) were
held with the 4 remaining months.
The year’s favourite song for the Children were “ Teach Me to walk in the Light of
the world & I thank thee, Dear Father” Hymn #7 in the Children’s Song Book.
Primary also Participated in the Branch Open Car and Motor Cycle wash that was
Organised on Saturday 11th December 2021 organized by the Elders Quorum
5 primary Children Participated in the activity.
The Primary Children washed the seat carpets and wiped screens of the cleaned cars .

Relief Society
The Relief society Presidency was headed by Sister Agnes Babeeyo Toya with Sister
Rose Mpaata as First Coucilor, Sister Rugundana Juliet as second Councilor and
Sister Musitwa Angel Kahimakazi as the Secretary.
The relief society worked hand in hand with the Elders Quorum to provide spiritual
and temporal support to members amidst the wrecks of the Pandemic through the
Ministering program as well as the Bishop’s Store house Provisions.
Relief Society members also Participated in the Branch Open Car and Motor Cycle
wash that was Organized on Saturday 11th December 2021 organized by the Elders
Quorum
12 Relief Society members together with 4 sister Missionaries Participated in the
activity.
They washed the major bodies of the cars and a total of 13 vehicles were washed
including only 3 member owned vehicles.

2021

Young Women
Young Women was led by Sister Lilian Okumu as President, Sister Norah Constance
as First Councilor.
The Young women Quorum didn’t plan and organize any activities. Most Young
women spent the time away from the Branch area. A few classes (7) were held at the
chapel but a number of young women subscribed to Seminary classes online.
Sunday School.
Sunday School was led by Samuel Kizito as President with Brasio Kawere Kigongo
as first councilor and Ivan Wambete as Secretary.
All classes according to the Come follow me Manual Under Doctrine and Convenants
Study were held on the 1st and third Sundays of each Month.
Under the instruction of Brother Mark Otori; the first Councilor in the Elders Quorum
Presidency, 5 Family History classes were held.
A family History and Temple Worship Centered Activity was organized by the Elders
Quorum Presidency on the 15th of August 2021.

Brother Waswa Obadiah Was called as a teacher in the Sunday School directly after
returning from his mission. He was instrumental in grooming the spirit of gospel land
in the homes with great engagements of members in the Sunday meeting discussions.

Elders Quorum.
The elders Quorum was led by Musimami Abduratiff as President, Mark Otori as his
First Councilor and Alor Luka Deng as the second Councilor.
The Elders Quorum worked hand in hand with the Relief Society Presidency to
provide spiritual and temporal support to members amidst the wrecks of the Pandemic
through the Ministering program as well as the Bishop’s Store house Provisions.
The Elders Quorum Organized together with the relief Society the first ever Branch
Open Car and Motor Cycle wash that was Organized on Saturday 11th December 2021
The Activity was attended by a total of 24 members Relief Society members together
with 4 sister Missionaries Participated in the activity.
The activity was a selection from the light of the World themes to share Love with the
world. Members washed a total of 13 vehicles were washed including only 3 member
owned vehicles.
