We are looking for forest workers/tree planting

About us
Grimslövs Skogstjänst is family business that has its seat in Emmaboda, in Southeast Sweden. We do everything in
forestry, from land preparation, planting, clearing, manual cutting to nutrient recycling. Our business is constantly
growing, and we have today about 100 employees from different nationalities and need to recruit knowledgeable
staff.
To the upcoming season we are looking for forest workers tree planters to join our team!

What we offer
Swedish employment contract, health insurance, work clothes and work equipment (pants, shoes, T-shirt, jacket,
gloves, hat, waterproof clothes) are provided free of charge by the company).
We also help you get a Swedish Coordination number, a training, telephone and car in the service.

What we expect from you

You have good physical condition, can work alone and in group (usually a group of 4).
Driving license is an advantage, but not necessary. Knowledge of a foreign language is not a requirement.

Salary: it is based on the number of plants planted the price per plant is.
- 0.72 SEK for a small plant, 0.82 SEK for a small plant in ungrounded soil
- 1.1 SEK for a large plant, 1.2 SEK for a large plant in ungrounded soil
- 1.5 SEK for a planting of a large plant, 0.9 SEK for a planting of a small plant.

In case of replanting or difficult rocky ground, there is the possibility to work per hour at an hourly price of SEK
127.97.

Working hours: full time, at least 40 hours per week, but can be done on weekends or more than 8 hours per day if
desired.
Holyday: 13% holiday
The tax base in Sweden for seasonal workers is 25%.

Type of contract: seasonal employment agreement, from March 18th -July 19th but if both sides are satisfied, a
long-term collaboration is possible.

Accommodation: is provided by the company, the rent is deducted directly from the salary and is SEK 100-120 per
person per night. The accommodation is near Emmaboda, usually an apartment or a house where several workers
live. Everyone has their own room, shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartments and houses are equipped (basic
furniture - table, chairs, bed, equipped kitchen - dishwasher, electrical appliances, bathroom - shower, toilet,
washing machine/laundry) but you need your own bed linen and towels.

About Emmaboda
Emmaboda is a small municipality situated in the region of Kalmar, in Southeast Sweden. From Emmaboda you can
easily get to Copenhagen Airport or to Stockholm by train. You can even also get easily to the ferry in Karlskrona
and later on to Poland. Emmaboda is definitely a little community with very lots of forest, lakes and adventure.
