These are two mustard greens
that are almost the same.
This mustard greens has another name for mustard
meatballs because it is used to complement meatballs,
and also caisim or caisin which comes from Cantonese.
The leaf part is green, but the bone part of the leaf is
whitish-green. The more towards the tip, the bones of
the leaves get smaller and smaller with the same color.
The roots are at the ends of the interconnected stems.
Pok choy has the name Brassica rapa
(Chinensis Group). This vegetable almost
resembles caisin in shape. In terms of
size, pok choy is smaller than caisin
which grows longer. In addition, the
shape of the leaves of pok choy looks
more like a spoon. That is why, this
cruciferous vegetable is called a mustard
spoon.

vegetables, that is, vegetables of the
Brassicaceae family with many genera,
species and cultivars cultivated for food
