Dear Parents,

Greetings from Chrysalis High, Kadugodi!

The countdown has begun for our Annual Day 2023-24 which is scheduled on 24.12.2023 at CMR
Institute of Technology (CMRIT), ‘Dhwani Auditorium’, 4th Floor, AECS Layout, Bengaluru.

Invitation Card will be sent to you on 14th December,2023.

Kindly note:

• The program will start at 6:00 PM sharp.

• Parents need to carry the invite as the same will be checked at the auditorium.

• Parents are requested to be seated by 5:45 PM. The duration of the event will be
approximately for 2.5 hours – 3 hours.

• Parking facility is available at AECS Ground. (Carpooling will be much appreciated). The exact
location will be shared in the invite.

• Parents are requested to refrain from taking photographs or coming close to the children as:

• We have arranged for a professional photographer.

• Children get disturbed & their performance gets affected.

• Please label all the personal belongings of your child (Name, Grade, Section), especially
shoes and water bottle. School will provide refreshments for children. You may however,
send a light dry snack for your child.

• Dispersal will take place after the entire event gets over. Students will be handed over only
once the entire event is over. Parents need to refrain from making requests to take their
child home after their child’s performance, instead need to wait and watch the entire event.
This is in strict compliance.

• Announcements will be made class wise to pick up the children. Kindly carry the bearer card
in order to pick your child from the stage during the dispersal time.

• Costumes:

• Costumes will be handed over to the students 2 days prior to the event.

• Students must wear the costume from home and come on 24.12.2023.

• Wearing school shoes and ID cards are mandatory for all children.
 • Students need to wear full makeup and the hair needs to be neatly styled as per the
instructions shared by the teacher through the school diary.

• Kindly ensure that children are not wearing any gold ornaments or expensive
accessories.

• Children need to carry CHAMPS/Regular School uniform in a bag(labelled) as the

costumes have to be returned on the same day after the performance.

• Transportation:

• Note related to transport and the exact pickup timing will be intimated through the
diary on 15.12.2023.

• The students who have availed the transport facility will be picked up by the school
buses from the respective pickup points on 24.12.2023 and will be taken directly to
the auditorium, to reach by 2 PM.

• Kindly note that post the mentioned pickup timing, it would be the parent’s
responsibility to drop the children at the auditorium.

• NO TRANSPORTATION will be provided after the event.

• Self-children need to be dropped at the Auditorium by 2 PM without fail.

NOTE:

• Christmas vacation will commence for Grades IX - XII children from 25th December,2023 i.e.
Monday.

• The school will reopen on Tuesday, 2nd January,2024.
