Assumption 1 is invalid. The given assumption is not correct because it is contradictory to the information given

human to achieve a task and improve their performance”, reflect that AI chatbots will reduce costs by decreasing

Statement 1 is correct. In this case, MOOC is a prospective environment for education in the future (a new
development in the field of education). Some researchers suggest that the effectiveness of MOOCs should not be
assessed by the old paradigm of lecture completion rates. This parameter of evaluation was more suited to the
classroom-based learning model. Therefore, it is correct to say that new developments in education field cannot
always be assessed with the old paradigms of evaluation.
Statement 2 is incorrect. The author limits the scope of discussion to the different aspects of MOOC. The benefits,
issues and evaluation mechanism of the effectiveness of this futuristic model. There is absolutely no mention of the
classroom-based education. Therefore, it is difficult to infer the relative effectiveness of MOOC and classroom-
