GUIDANCE

I. Introduction

Guidance services was oriented and conducted in whole year round and
there were acquainted by learners, parents, with the different guidance services and
the rules and regulations of the school.

Thus, Libas Elementary School enjoined herself in the advocacy


of the Guidance Services contained.

II. Accomplishments
a. Conduct consultation and collaborations with school heads, teachers and
stakeholders.

b. Implementation, monitoring of the homeroom guidance.

c. Meeting with parents.

d. Focus group discussion.

e. Mentoring collaboration and consultation.


f. Home Visitation to the learners.

g. Oriented learners /Peer counseling and Development Services from the


Notre Dame of New Iloilo and IBED
h. Informed learners and personnel that the office is always open for the
counseling sessions.
i. Medical Outreach Program Association of Doctor’s in South Cotabato
j. Tree Planting Services

III. Facilitating Factors

1. Learners, parents and stakeholders participated until the end of the school
year.
2. Guidance orientation and services was implemented
3. Doctor’s Association
4. Notre Dame of Marbel University IBED and Notre Dame of New Iloilo
Faculty and staff.

IV. Hindering Factors


Other Learners and parents have engaged to work that hindered
them to attend guidance services in the orientation.
V. Future direction

1. Provide copy of guidance services to be posted in the bulletin.

2. Make a schedule of services to acquaint learners and parents with the


different guidance services and the rules and regulations of the school.

I. Student development:
1. Classroom Orientation of my Set A pupils on classroom and school
rules and regulations for Face to Face Classes.
2. Administered Summative tests and Performance Tasks.

6. Served as coach in ARPAN Quiz Bee during the celebration of 500 Hundred Years
Independence Day.
7. Encouraged/Motivated pupils to participate in school activities and programs.

IV. Physical Development:

1. Supervised pupils used the Comfort room.


2. Supervised pupils followed the Health Protocol.
3. Renovated and painted the Ceiling/Repainted the Wall.
4. Put up the Male and Female Comfort Room.
5. Put up and purchased reading materials. the Reading Hub.
6. Put up the One Role of Floor mat and
Others materials needed in the Class room.
7. Continuous care for the plants planted in front and inside of the room.
8. Continuous followed the Health Protocol for Face to Face Classes.
9. “Bayanihan” in Constructed the Ceiling, Reading Hub and Comfort Room.
10. Vaccination to pupils scheduled in school campus.
11. Evaluated Classroom for preparation in Face to Face Classes.
12. Gulayan sa Paaralan assigned by Purok Leader, Barangay Council and Parents.

V. Networking.:
1. Some expenses materials needed in the classroom are donated by the stakeholders,
parents, school Funds and others my personal Budget.
2. Food and Snacks donated also by the Parents and stakeholders and by myself.
