Subject: My Town

Hi Kim,
How are you? I hope you and the family are well. I am so glad that
you’re moving to our town. That’s excellent news!

Let me tell you about the town a little bit. First of all Hendon is a
lovely area / town. You can do a lot of things there. There are some
parks, cinema, cafes and restaurants. Also, there is a big library where
you can take your children to do a range of activities such as story
time or drawing and so on.
There are a few useful things I could suggest. As soon as you move
remember to register you and your family with the local GP and
dentist. Also, the supermarkets are usually quieter on Wednesdays
for shopping.
Once you move, we can arrange things to do. We can go out for a
drink or a meal. There are a lot of lovely cafes in the town. Would you
like to go to the cinema as well?

Review of James Bond film ‘Spectre’

I went to see this film last week at the cinema with my friend. I
never miss James Bond films as I am one of the avid fans.

James Bond received a cryptic message from the past. James Bond
(Daniel Craig) went to Mexico City and Rome, where he met the
beautiful widow (Monica Bellucci) of an infamous criminal. After a
secret meeting, 007 uncovered the existence of the sinister
organization SPECTRE. As Bond went to the heart of SPECTRE, he
discovered a chilling connection between himself and the enemy
(Christoph Waltz) he was looking for.

I liked the film as much as Skyfall but I think this one was a bit
more exciting and mysterious. Daniel Craig performed his best act
once again. Also, I liked the locations such as Rome and Mexico City.

I didn’t like a few things. Some scenes were boring because they
were too long. Also, at some scenes James Bond seemed too
emotional. I think it didn’t suit him as a tough agent!
