Franchise
Business
Model

Is a contractual business model or

relationship whereby an established brand,
known as the 'franchisor,' allows an
independent business owner, or franchisee,
to use its branding, business model, and
other intellectual property.
Multi-Sided
Business Models

The multi-sided business model is

when you identify two or more different
customer groups; and after interacting
with each you design and deliver your
goods or services in a manner that
connects the two parties.
Long-Tail Business
Model

The long tail is a business strategy

that allows companies to realize
significant profits by selling low
volumes of hard-to-find items to many
customers, instead of only selling
large volumes of a reduced number of
popular items.
Subscription
business models
The subscription consists of the client paying to
access a service or product during a determined
period of time. The basis of this system is
stability, achieving recurring income over time.
Its advantages are affordable prices for the
client, predictable income, increased return on
investment, proof of concept, etc.

And because of these advantages, you think we

can get the most out of the business model, as it
is attractive to the client and beneficial to us.
Mission
Deliver products faster, more sustainably and
economically.
Vission
Become one of the most important parcel delivery
companies, and increase productivity in the
market
