Positive psychological health is also
multifaceted and may be characterized
by a sense of optimism, sense of
purpose, gratitude, resilience, positive
affect (eg, positive emotion), and
happiness.
Because everyone is different,
there is no set amount of time
spent on social media that is
recommended.
