TYPE : Solvent based contact adhesive

APPLICATION : - Footwear industry : leather, rubber foam, rubber, EVA foam, etc.
- Wood working industry : wood, HPL, tacon, etc.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION :
* Base : Polychloroprene rubber
* Appearance : Yellow translucent
* Viscosity : 4,300 – 5,000 cPs at 30 °C, Brookfield RVT / sp. 4/20 rpm
* Solid content : 19 ± 3 %
* Density : 0.83 ± 0.03 g/mL at 30 °C
* Glue film : Elastic, tough
* Thinner/cleaner : Fox Thinner Super, if necessary not more than 5 %

DIRECTION FOR USE :


For brush application :
1. Roughen and clean both of material surfaces to be bonded
2. For certain materials are advisable to use primer before applying adhesives :
a. Rubber & fiber sole are using FOX Primer 710 N
b. EVA sole is using FOX Primer EVA 712 T
After applying primer, let it dry for ± 5 minutes
3. Apply the adhesive evenly on both surfaces, and let it dry to the touch (open time)
4. Joint the material and press properly
5. For better result, the adhesive can be mixed with 5 % hardener (FOX HARDENER RC)

SHELF LIFE : 12 months, in tightly closed and stored in cool and dry place

PACKING : 600 g in can (12 cans / carton), 2.5 kg in gallon (6 gallons / carton),
10 kg in tin

ATTENTION :
This adhesive contains flammable & harmful organic solvent :
1. Read SDS carefully before handling & using this product
2. It is forbidden to smoke in the working area. That room must have a good ventilation
3. Containers must be closed tightly after using and avoid from direct heat and sunlight
