Steps to partner with Side Team

Hello, we are almost a step closer to our goal. We really can’t wait to create
such adventurous journey with you!

1. Read all the terms and conditions thoroughly.

2. Do not hesitate to consult with our admins during work hours.
3. Negotiate regarding our T&C is available.
4. A made group to assist the campaign until the final touch.
5. Signing the MoU and settled down payment/fully payment.
6. Deliver the products to our talent’s address.
7. Send the brief campaign and the scripts for video contents. Our team will write the script and dealing with client.
8. Video content will be produced with fixed storyboard from the clients.
9. Repayment or fully Payment max 4 weeks after first campaign being posted.
10. Insight and engagement reports will be reported to our clients.
11. Please take a note that the script and insight report will be confidential between Side Team and Client.
RATE CARD 2023 SIDE TEAM

TERMS & CONDITION

These followings rules are for a non-exclusive rate.

Assigning project in non-exclusive rates, meaning we still accept products from other competitors during the campaign.

a. The photos and any contents would be kept for a month except in Instastory.
b. Original products provided by the brand. Talents will not buy the products themselves.
c. Shipping products overseas is managed by the client or negotiable for some talents.
d. The content photo and story using/with the products will be sent to our client the soonest possible is on a week after
the product have been received. Negotiation is available.
e. The content videos using/with the products will be sent to our client the soonest possible is at a week after the product
have been received and storyline/script already approved.
f. Please provide the detailed brief beforehand. We will only make contents according to the the given briefings.
g. Only allowed to retake the content once if the content does not match with the brief that is given.
h. Retake with revised scripts will be charged with additional costs.

PAYMENT
ü The tax is paid the client.
ü Rate excluded tax.
ü Payment transfer to personal bank account (not company account) except Hamidah and Marsha.
ü Payment 4 weeks after first campaign being posted, exluded guest star and attendance.
ü Payments must be done prior to 4 weeks after campaign except for guest star and attendance.
ü The down payment of 50% is required to reserve a date for guest star and attendance. The full payment must be
completed until the D-Day event.

LIVE STREAMING, GUEST STAR

AND ATTENDANCE
v For live streaming, Guest Star and Attendance booking date must be done by Down Payment 50%.
v Only one reschedule for Attendance, 7 days before D-Day.
v Cancelling without prior notice, contract will be terminated without returning Down Payment.
v Attendance is an offline visit, duration is maximum 3 hours.
v Guest Star is offline visit, duration is maximum 1 hour.
v Live Streaming is an online attendance such as live IG, live TikTok, etc.
v Location Guest Star and Attendance outside Jabodetabek is charged with additional accommodation (hotel and
transportation).

Side Notes:
Guest Star: being a speaker, MC, moderator, etc.
Attendance: attending without involved directly in the event.

REPOST AND BOOST

• Free repost photos or videos during campaign.
• Repost photos or videos from the client after campaign period will be charged as owning content.
• Boost on talent profiles is free, but boost on client profiles cost 50% of the regular/month per content item.
• Mentions and tags to one brand only.
• Additional fees will be applied for mentioning and tagging more than one brand.
• Available to tag paid partnership for free.
• Available to mention one e-commerce for free.
