Create & Extending Multiple Material Master in SAP MM

If we want to Create & Extending Multiple Material Master in SAP MM. For this
we are using the T-Code: - MMCC. If we have the Same Multiple master data
with only change in Description for this, we have the option of using Create a
single material for reference & by using this reference material we can create a
multiple master record with extending this Material master for multiple plants.

Step by Step process of creation of Multiple Material Master Creation

Step: - 1
➔First step is Create a Reference Material Master by using T-
Code: - MM01
 ➔ As above shown here I have created Reference Material with
description SCREW, ALLEN HEAD, M3 x 10
➔ Material 22965 created

Step: - 2
➔ As above we have created one Reference Material.
➔ With the reference of this Master data we can create other remaining
Material Master data.
➔For the Multiple Master Data Creation we can use T-Code:-
MMCC
➔ Enter the T-Code in command bar. Below screen opens.

➔ Enter here Reference Material number which is Just created.

➔ Enter the Number of New Material i.e. just enter the count of material
which are creating with the reference material. E.g. 50,100 etc. as per
requirement.
➔ Enter the data & Execute. Below screen opens.

➔ In this screen just copy the description of material in short text by

selecting column. As shown below.
➔ After copying the description of data. Click on Plant.
 ➔ As shown above we can Add multiple plant here.
➔ Ten click on Storage Location.

➔ Here Add store location for specific plant as above shown.

➔ Then next Click on Valuation Areas.

➔ Enter the valuation of Plant here as shown above.

➔ Then Click on SAVE.

Step: - 3
➔Check the List of Material by using T-Code: - MM60
➔Enter the T-Code in command bar. Below screen opens.
➔ Enter here Plant & Material type as shown above & Execute.

➔ System will show you all list of material just we have created.
➔ For second Plant Also all material is created as per we are extending this
material from another Plant as above.
➔ This is how we are Create & Extend Multiple Master Data by using
MMCC T-Code.
