ROSE Hughes is the name of the Red Cross woman

She helped me to register the box with the delivery company.
I told her I could not access my account in the war zone.
Because of the nature of the war, the banks here do not work anymore.
I did not have the money to give her for box registration
So she voluntarily helped to register the trunk box for delivery.
