may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of to any other country or person except as authorized by US law. Member agrees to assume all
responsibility for complying with US export regulations including accurate filing of AES EEIs and obtaining required licenses. Copart only may be listed
as USPPI if Member is outside US and purchases vehicle for export from US; such export will be a Routed Export and Member should refer to
