NEUMAN & ESSER LIBYA for Oil Services (NEA LIBYA) was established in 2022 as a turn-key
provider for EPCI solutions. NEA LIBYA’s portfolio comprises the design, engineering,
procurement, packaging, installation and construction of compressor plants for reciprocating
compressors including piston and diaphragm type, and adjacent equipment packages such as
screw and turbo compressors for oil & gas and industrial applications..

Other services contain technical and commercial consulting, overhaul and modernization of
reciprocating compressor units. The extension of the supply spectrum with adjacent
equipment such as screw and turbo compressors are also part of the NEA LIBYA portfolio. In
addition, grinding and classifying systems such as pendulum roller mills and impact classifier
mills are supplied and installed.

Solutions for hydrogen production by electrolysis and reforming are also part of the portfolio,
as are hydrogen filling stations and mobility solutions.

Services such as installation, commissioning, start-up, maintenance, overhaul and repair of

reciprocating compressor systems for process gases and air are also offered to customers.
Digitally enhanced services such as monitoring and analysis are also offered. The same
services can also be provided for the grinding and classifying systems and the hydrogen
solutions.
