Regarding Labelling Format for CDs of Examination CCTV Footage To conduct University Examination smoothly and in transparent manner, CCTV recording of entire examinatiomis required to be done by cam centres. Therefore, CCTV recording becomes Bpsssentiah part of GTU Examination process. Cet y Examination centres submit CDs of CCTV footage’ of University examinations on regular basis. As these collected CDs are used for various purposes, it is very important to manage and store them in systematic manner. Therefore, itis decided to Label each CD of CCTV Footage with a common format. Hence, exam centres are hereby instructed to mention ail information as per standard format shown below with Permanent CD Marker on each CD of CCTV Footage and on envelopes/covers/dockets containing CD of CCTV footage of each exam day or UFM Case. CCTV footages are very useful as an evidence in UFM cases. Therefore, all the Examination Centres,are directed to submit a separate CCTV Footage of the respective FM Case without fail with respective UFM CASE DOCKET. The CD of CCTV footage related to UFM Case must be labeled with standard format as shown below. It must be submitted. with. the respective UFM CASE COVER (docket) to the GTU appointed Observer on the same day on which UFM case is registered.
