Eligibility Criteria * Any Woman above 18 years of age can invest in this scheme. * Also, in the case of minors, the guardian can open the account. or aAddale477) Features of the MSSC Scheme Deposits * Any number of MSSC accounts can be opened by a woman, or in the name of a minor girl by the guardian, and a time gap of three months shall be maintained between the existing account and the opening of other account. * A minimum of 1000 rupees and any sum in multiples of 100 rupees may be deposited in an account. * A maximum limit of 2 lakh rupees shall be deposited in an account. But in this case, your interest rate will be reduced by 2% and become 5.5%.
