Based upon the application of First Assistant Polk County Attorney Scott A. Buhler, the

undersigned hereby finds probable cause to believe the above-named defendant has violated one or more
of the conditions of release previously set in this matter, issues a body—only warrant to arrest the above-
named defendant pursuant to Minn. R. Crim. P. 6.03, subd. 1(b), and orders that the above-named

defendant immediately, or as soon as practicable, be brought before a district court judge in Polk

County, Minnesota, for a hearing to address or modify the defendant's conditions of release in this
matter, pursuant to Minn. R. Crim. P. 6.03, subd. 3.
