GAMBARAN UMUM

2.1 Sejarah Perusahaan

The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung didirikan oleh salah satu pengusaha

sukses di Indonesia yaitu Bapak Chairul Tanjung. The Trans Luxury Hotel

merupakan hotel bintang 6 pertama yang didirikan di Bandung bahkan menjadi

hotel bintang 6 pertama dan satu-satunya di Indonesia.

Dikelola oleh CT CORP, The Trans Luxury Hotel berada di Kawasan

Trans Studio, berdiri megah dilahan seluas 9 hektar yang berlokasi di Jalan

Jendral Gatot Subroto Nomor.289 Bandung 40273. Selain The Trans Luxury

Hotel, CT CORP yang terdiri dari : Trans TV dan Trans 7, Detik.com, Telkom

Vision, Trans Fashion, Metro, Baskin Robbins, The Coffee Bean, Anta Tour,

Vaya Tour, Trans Studio Bandung, The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung, Ibis Hotel

Bandung, Wendy’s Studio Chick, Carrefour, Garuda Indonesia, CT Foundation,

CT Global Resouces dan Bank Mega. Selain itu komplek ini juga memiliki

fasilitas tempat parkir yang menampung dengan 5000 kendaraan.

The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung memiliki 18 lantai yang terdiri dari 282

kamar , 2 diantaranya adalah House Use, dilengkapi dengan fasilitas lain yang

a. Klasifikasi hotel

The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung didirikan pada tanggal 30 Juni 2012 dan

diresmikan langsung oleh Bapak Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono pada

tanggal 28 Juli 2012.

Di kompleks seluas 9 hektar ini ,juga terdiri berdiri Trans Studio Bandung,

Trans Studio Mall, Ibis Hotel dan Bank Mega. Lokasi The Trans Luxury Hotel

sendiri sangat stategis karena diapit oleh Trans Studio Mall (TSM) dan Ibis Hotel.

Tamu yang datang menginap di The Trans Luxury Hotel dapat mudah menikmati

hiburan di Kawasan Terpadu Trans Studio Bandung.

Dengan adanya fasilitas lain diluar hotel yang menunjang dan

mempermudah tamu untuk menikmati liburan bersama keluarga maupun untuk

melakukan perjalanan bisnis. Menjadikan The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung
