    1.With due respect I Naredla Hazur Saran Ex. CHELR No. 083868K find necessary
    documents for endorsement of my spouse Naredla Sobha Saran for publication of
    Corrigendum PPO to the C.D.A. (Navy) Mumbai (Preservation of wife certificate
    No. CONDOD/1074 Dt. 15/12/2000 photocopy enclosed).

    2. It is also intimated that I retired wef 30/06/1981 and my PPO (Printed not
    received as at). Therefore I enclosed all documents including my service record
    and old pension book (Handwritten) as issued on 08/04/1981 for publication of
    PPO (Printed) including endorsement the name of my Spouse and my self with
    here D.O.B. of both as per service record.

    Prompt action is Solicited please.
