Respected Sir, With due regard to your esteemed authority, We the student representatives of A.B.V-P. from the Jawaharlal Nehni University wish to draw your attention to the demands of the students of SIS. Firstly, the compulsory physical presence requirement is creating significant challenges for students with valid medical reasons and other gentine circumstances seeking remote registration on humanitarian basis. Secondly, technical glitches in the fees payment system, coupled with delays in hostel clearances are compounding the registration process. In addition to these challenges, there is a pressing concern regarding environmental sustainability. Despite the availability of digital payment receipts in PDF format, students are compelled to produce physical copies, leading to unnecessary paper waste, Being 2 student's organisation, we have received numerous concerns related to this compulsory provision. We are bringing to your notice that the student community is against these changes. We urge your office to kindly pay attention to our demands and take necessary actions in the larger interest of the student communit at the earliest. Your prompt attention to these matters will not only streamline the registration process but also uphold the principles of inclusivity and sustainability that ABVP SIS JNU values. Ifthe administration does not pay heed to our demands, we will organise mass protests and the administration will be responsible for it Thank you!
