The term of this Contract shall be for a period of ONE (1) month commencing from
17 July 2022 up to 17 August 2022 and may, upon mutual consent be extended or
renewed according to such terms and conditions acceptable to both parties.
2. RENTAL
The LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR daily rental of TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 2,500.00).
3. AMENETIES
That the LESSEE will have FREE access to the condo amenities (Gym and pool
etc.)
That the LESSOR assigns his right over the enjoyment of the amenities to the
LESSEE;
Ordinary repairs on the leased premises, which are necessitated by the use of the
premises shall be for the account of the LESSEE.
The leased premises shall be returned in good condition as when it was leased, less
reasonable wear and tear after the expiration of this Contract. The LESSEE shall
maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the leased premises within reasonable
standards and be accountable for proper waste management and disposal in
accordance with the existing and future government regulations and standards.
a. The LESSEE shall use the leased premises under this contract solely for
residential purposes. They further agree not to use or suffer any use of the
leased premises for, or do or permit, any act or thing to be done or placed
thereon which is unlawful or contrary to any law, ordinance or rules or
regulations. For this purpose the LESSEE holds the LESSOR free and
harmless of any liability arising from the failure of the LESSEE to comply with
this obligation.
b. That the LESSEE is not allowed to hang frames, brackets or any installations
in any walls using concrete nails, screws, drill that would cause any damage
on any wall without the consent of the LESSOR.
6. That violation of any of the above terms and conditions shall constitute a valid
ground for rescission or immediate termination of this contract. The LESSOR shall
also have the right to inspect the leased premises after reasonable hours of the day
for purposes of keeping the same in good habitable conditions and to ensure
compliance with the terms and condition of this contract provided that the LESSEE is
prior informed within a reasonable time frame;
7. That any part of the contract be declared illegal and invalid by competent authority,
the other provisions which could exist independently shall remain to be valid and
binding between the parties;
8. That the parties hereby mutually agree that in case of litigation arising out of breach
of this contract, the exclusive venue thereof shall be the proper court in the city of
Cagayan de Oro;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their signatures this 17th day of
July 2022 in the City of Cagayan de Oro;

BEFORE ME, this _________ in the City of Cagayan de Oro, Philippines, personally
appeared the above-named persons who exhibited to me a competent evidence of their
identity bearing the signature and photograph written below their respective names, known
to me to be the same person who executed the CONTRACT OF LEASE and they
acknowledge to me the same is their free and voluntary act and deed. That this instrument
consist of three (3) pages including the page in which this acknowledgement is written.
