Steps for using your AWS Exam voucher code to schedule your

exam.
You will receive your voucher code in an email from Xvoucher Support. Each AWS certification
exam voucher will have a unique code assigned to it. Use this code at checkout when scheduling
and paying for an AWS Certification exam.

If you are getting an error when applying your AWS Certification Exam voucher at checkout
confirm that the voucher you are using is valid for the test center you are trying to use.

Step 1: Sign-in or create an account

• Go to https://aws.training/
• Select “Sign in” (located on the far right of the top navigation bar) to sign in or create a new
account).

Note: Use your VIT mail ID to create the account or sign in.

Step 2: Register for your exam

Once you are signed in to your account, follow these instructions depending on the voucher you
have:

Pearson VUE testing center:

• Select “Certification” in the top navigation bar.
• Select the “GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT” button.
• Select the “Schedule an Exam” button.

Find the exam you wish to take and select “Schedule at Pearson VUE.”

You will be redirected to Pearson VUE’s scheduling page to select a testing center, date, and
time. Follow the prompts to purchase the exam, and use your exam voucher code as payment. A
confirmation will be emailed to you once the exam has been scheduled.
