Subject: Urgent Appeal for Financial Assistance in Fighting a Debilitating Disease

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you today out of desperation
and a sincere need for your support. I find myself in a challenging situation, as I have recently been
battling a severe and debilitating disease that has taken a toll not only on my physical health but also on
my financial stability. I humbly request your kind consideration and assistance during this difficult phase
of my life. My diagnosis has brought about significant medical expenses ranging from consultations,
diagnostic tests, hospitalizations, and the ongoing cost of medication, operation and therapies.
Unfortunately, these financial burdens are overwhelming, and I am finding it increasingly difficult to
cover the necessary expenses while trying to focus on my recovery and regain my health.

Allow me to provide some details about my illness. This is an intestinal disease that damage most of my
intestine that requires operation and a lot of medication. And in this coming October 16, 2023, I will be
having my next operation at Zanorte Medical Center, Dipolog City with Doctor Feliciano T. Lim, MD.,
FPCS, FICS. Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to gather the resources needed to cope with such
exorbitant and unexpected medical expenses on my own.

In light of these circumstances, I am humbly reaching out to you for any financial assistance you may be
able to offer. Your generosity and kindness can make an immense difference in my life, enabling me to
continue receiving the vital medical care and treatments required for my recovery. Any contribution, no
matter how small, would be gratefully received and genuinely appreciated.
