Angel pose

Start on back Star/Cross


Move both hands across to opposite hand body rolls
Move hands across chest, midline, opposite hip to sit up to straddle
Roll up to straddle hug knees to chest

Roll over feet to table top


Right leg back
Open up right hip and take leg toward right corner of mat
Take left finger tips to corner of mat, stay there or lift. Moving leg and arm away from each other
Crunch four times
Spend a couple of breaths with leg straight and then right knee
Tuck left toe under, straighten leg and press to three legged dog.
Right foot forward outside of right hand
Lizard to half spits 3x
Lift back leg and step to outside of left hand
Malasana
Open up through both sides starting with the right
Back to Malasana
Stand up to star
Slide right hand down the left side of body to twist both sides
Fold Forward
Step back to wide plank
Lower down
Lift arms and legs salabasana
Childs pose to table top

Step forward to high lunge to pyramid
Set up for Warrior 2
Turn right foot in Star goddess
Slide hands across body and twist
Forward fold
Skandasana
High lunge Twist
Side plank left leg

Lower to front

Set up for wide bridge
Savasana in star
