Rules of neurolinguistic programming that can change your life:

1. The subconscious mind has its own language and understands nothing else. Its
language is images, emotions, and sensations.

2. The subconscious mind doesn’t differentiate between what is real and what is
imagined. If you imagine sucking lemon, your mouth will water as if you are doing it.

3. The subconscious mind is irrational. It doesn’t filter or try to understand


information. It just receives it. We must be careful what kind of images and
information we consume daily, which can impact our mental health.

4. The subconscious mind consistently seeks pleasure and avoids pain. This is called
the pleasure principle, that is discovered by Sigmun Frojd.

5. The subconscious mind does not recognize negatives. It is impossible to tell


yourself not to imagine a table; it will not work. You probably already have an image of a
table in your mind. We should always positively speak to ourselves.

Pravila neurolingvističkog programiranja kojima možete da promenite svoj život:

1. Podsvesni um ima jezik koji razume i samo ako ga znamo možemo da promenimo
duboku ukorenjene navike. Njegov jezik su vizualizacije i emocije.

2. Podsvesni um ne pravi razliku između onog što je stvarno i što je zamišljeno.


Zamislite da sisate limun, skupiće vam se usta kao da ste ga stvarno zagrizli.

3. Podsvesni je iracionalan um ne filtrira informacije i ne pokušava da ih razume


samo ih upija. Iz ovog razloga moramo da budemo pažljivi čemu izlažemo sebe
svakodnevno jer to može da utiče na naše mentalno zdravlje.

4. Podsvesni um uvek traži zadovoljstvo i teži da izbegne bol. Ovo se naziva princip
zadovoljstva i otkrio ga je Sigmund Frojd.

5. Podsvesni um ne razume negacije. Ako kažemo sebi da ne mislimo o stolu,


shvatićemo da je nemoguće, verovatno već imate sliku stola pred sobom. Zato se uvek
obraćajte sebi na pozitivan način.
