    Dear Mr. Dirain,

    In line with the ongoing campaign to raise awareness and knowledge about HIV, we would like to request
    to your good office to conduct a MASS HIV SCREENING in your Jail (Pasig City Jail Male Dorm) as we
    are able to detect a single PDL whose HIV Screening was Nonreactive in his first time last 2018 but was
    tested REACTIVE last December 2019 and we were able to confirm that he was POSITIVE with HIV this
    January 2020. With this kind of situation and because of the ongoing pandemic that is threatening to
    everyone’s health, we would like to subject everyone in the premises for HIV Testing to be able to see and
    trace if there are other individuals in your jail that needs immediate care for HIV treatment.
