SUB: probiotic & Gut health workshop

Dear… ..

Through Chef mahesh reference I’m proposing this workshop. It will be a holistic and mindful experience
in terms of every day food habits and staying healthy. As mahesh also expert in probiotic dietary, he will
also be there along with me. Work shop duration will be 2 days. Have attached elaborate workshop
details. Below are the key points,

# Ingredients, Equipment and utensils sourcing needs to arranged by you, will provide detailed list as per
participant count.

# On the remuneration part, As it’s a request from chef mahesh, will cut it to 50% to 25,000 for both
days, Hotel and flight ticket to be provided by you, including my chef assist.

# Day 1 will be about sourdough starter and dough making, followed with a creative probiotic, probiotic
foods and Q&A sessions.

#Day 2 Sourdough bread, pizza Neapolitan style, pavs, sandwich loafs followed by Q&A session.
