Dear Team,

I am writing this letter of intent as a medium of request to the NSDC for the approval of my
proposal herein due missing some documents to furnished.
Sir, I have recruited many unemployed youths of our region specially those belonging from
improvised background in my self capacity. Utilising my resources of network I have been
working into this filed for 7 plus years and have recruited many people of different job in
different countries all these years. Lack of capital and a proper stabilized support, I couldn’t
furnished an audited balance sheet of my company as required. I have been running this
company of mine as a mode of NOT for profit like organisation helping people of our region
getting jobs.
Sir, I have been struggling all these years to acquired a recruitment licence of my own to take
my company in next level recruitment services but due to financial instability I am just working
on my own capacity. But I came across NSDC website advertisement regarding submission of
EOI for IISC Network so does I intent to try back my luck submitting this.
Sir, if this opportunity Is given to me, I would put up all my effort to work with many company
abroad in different countries whom I have recruited candidates for them.
Israel, Malta, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Cyprus, Japan etc are on my list.

I have also attached here with the list of my documents a proposal report of my willingness to
open a caretaker training centre of Israel which is solely approved by the embassy of Israel.
But Due to lack of recruitment licence I couldn’t do that.

Therefore, I am requesting you to please look into my application and give me a chance which
I will proved worth sharing with you in the latter part of this year.
