I hereby declare that I am joining the OPF Girls College, Islamabad with the explicit approval of my
parent / guardian and would abide by the rules and regulations prescribed in the College at present or to
be introduced subsequently, as long as I remain a regular student on the roll of the College.

I accept as a prerequisite to my admission in this institution that in all matters relating to my promotion or
detention the decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on me.

I clearly understand that in case my conduct or my result in any internal evaluation / Examination is
found to be unsatisfactory in the opinion of the Principal, she is fully empowered to struck off my name
off the College rolls.

I further understand that the Principal has full powers to rusticate or expel me if in her opinion I have been
found guilty of a serious breach of College SOPs or any, other serious offence. Finally, I undertake that if
for any reason whatsoever my name is struck off the College rolls, I shall have no right of re-admission.
