Stretched Funding Calculator

1) It will assist you in determining how many funded hours per week you should be offering parents over
the number of weeks you are offering in any given term

2) If the suggested number of hours, does not fit into your patterns of delivery, then you will need to offer less hours per week,
to ensure that parent does not exceed the maximum number of funded hours per term

3) This calculator should be used in conjunction with a tracking spreadsheet or similar, to ensure that parents access their full 570 hours
universal and extended entitlements (if applicable)

4) In column C, insert the number of whole weeks you are open for that term, column D will then calculate the number of funded hours
per week that you can offer the parent. Any weekly hours above this figure will be additional hours that you can charge the parent for
full 570 hours
