Registered Nurses
Unsponsored RN £19.00 £150.00 shared occupancy
Senior RN £20.00 £175.00 single occupancy

Notes:

1. These are the basic rates of pay which all staff over the age of 18 years can expect
to receive from 1 April 2023. In certain circumstances, such as where an individual
has particular skills or relevant experience, the company may, in its absolute
discretion, offer that individual a higher rate of basic pay.

2. Where company accommodation is required to enable staff to better perform their


duties, this is provided on the following basis:

2.1. In all cases, single or shared occupancy is subject to availability.


2.2. The accommodation rates shown above include electricity, gas and council tax
charges. No other charges are included and it is up to individual staff members
to arrange and pay for any other utilities or services they require.
2.3. Accommodation for Care & Ancillary Staff is provided at a subsidised rate. As
such, this may mean that certain staff members need to pay additional tax for
what is referred to as a ‘benefit in kind’.
2.4. No deposit is required.
2.5. The accommodation charge is deducted from pay at the end of each month.
2.6. Accommodation is subject to availability and may only be occupied upon
signature of a Service Occupancy Agreement which sets out the full terms and
conditions of occupation.
2.7. Accommodation is provided for the use of staff members only. Rooms and
communal areas must not be sublet, shared with or occupied by anybody else
unless written permission has been obtained from the company. The grant of
such permission is entirely at the company’s discretion and may be subject to
additional terms and conditions.
