JUDGMENT

This matter came before the Court upon former President Defendant Donald J. Trump’s

Memorandum in Support of Motion to Dismiss of Defendant Donald John Trump, Doc. 15, and

his Amended Motion to Dismiss and Memorandum in Support, Doc. 24. The Court entered its

Memorandum Opinion and Order granting the two motions in part on January 12, 2024. Doc. 69.

It is therefore ordered and adjudged that all claims and causes are dismissed without

prejudice, thus disposing of this case in its entirety pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58.
