All the positive thinking throughout pandemic times

Realising how hard it is for me to cope with everything happening

around the world nowadays, I have decided to write down my own set of
"happy rules".
The pandemic has influenced every single one of us in different ways
and for different reasons. Some of us maybe started struggling financially,
maybe some of us developed mental health issues or probably for the luckiest,
the pandemic was a way to discover themselves, although I doubt there were
many who would rather perceive this as something positive, rather than being
influenced by all this negativity we have in our mindsets. The purpose of this
essay is to tell other people a few beneficial things I have learned this past year,
perhaps it may help someone realizing 2020 had good and opportune times as
well, attempting to detect some useful consequences it had and still has over us.
With that being said, here are my Positive Thinking Rules , a few advices
to help you if you are struggling in any way:
1. Enjoy the little things: whether is watching a film on a virtual meeting with a
friend or watching a sunset behind your window, try to find happiness in
everything.
2. Appreciate the ones around you and endeavour showing them: even a hug
might make someone’s day.
3. Try being productive: every small victory counts , especially if you may be
struggling with a mental illness. Even getting out of bed. I’m proud of you!
4. Take your time to identify what is causing your issues: the solution may be
right there!
5. Don’t be afraid to ask for support: your friends and family could be more
open than you think.
We cannot know when the pandemic will be over. In conclusion our point of
view must stay neutral, doing our best to acknowledge both the good and the
bad equally.
