have been issued showcause notice as to why their membership of the legislative
assembly should not be terminated following disqualification proceedings initiated
against them. The le- gislators have been asked to > Neither tired nor retired,
says Sharad Pawar, P15 submit theirreplies within se- ven working days. Of
thes4MLAs sent notice, 89 belong to the Shinde camp and14toSena(UBT).Onemore
legislator was with Sena (UBT) and switched to Shinde. Disqualification _procee-
dings against MLAs of the Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde flanked by deputy CMs
Devendra Fadnavis (L) and Ajit Pawar in Gadchiroli on Saturday Shinde-led Sena were
initiated by Sena (UBT) whip Sunil Prabhu, while the Shinde gro- up�s Bharat
Gogawale, initia- ted proceedings against the UBTMLAs. Aaditya Thackera- y'sname
does not figure in the ist submitted by the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena. Assembly
