HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ‘This HOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT is made and executed at the City of Bifian Laguna, Philippines this 16" day of September, 2019, by and between: 1. 2 3. MARY JOY L LOGRONO and FERNANDO. BUNYI, spouses of legal ages, and with residence address at 184 Molina St. Alabang, Muntinlupa City hereinafter referred to as the LANDLORD. -AND- GENEDETH POTENCIANO and spouses of legal ages, and with residence address at hereinafter referred to as the TENANTS. WITNESSETH; That WHEREAS, the LANDLORD is the owner of HOUSE, a residential property situated at Phase, Block 9-Lot 21, Terra Verde Residences, Carmona Cavite; WHEREAS, the LANDLORD agrees to rent-out the property to the TENANTS andthe TENANTS is wiling to rent the same; TERMS AND CONDITIONS PURPOSES: That premises hereby rented shall be used exclusively by the TENANTS for residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other uses. It is hereby expressly agreed that if at any time the premises are used for other purposes, the LANDLORD shall have the right to rescind this contract without prejudice to its other rights under the law. TERM: The term of this rental agreement is for ONE (1) YEAR, from to 2020 inclusive. Upon its expiration, this agreement may be renewed under such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon by both parties, written notice of intention to renew the rent shall be served to the LANDLORD not later that seven (7) days prior to the expiry date of the period herein agreed upon. RENTAL RATE: The monthly rental rate for the rented premises shall be in PESOS: ‘TWELVE THOUSAND (P 12,000.00). Philippine Currency. All rental payments shall be Payable to the LANDLORD.
