Entrance Test will be held on 11-02-2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. in the District headquarters and other selected centres across the state. |, ELIGIBILITYCRITERIA: Age. A = 9 9 Candidates belong to OC and BC categories should be born between 01-09-2013 and 31-08-2015 (9 years should be completed but less than 11 years). SC and ST candidates should be born between 01-09-2011 and 31-08-2015 (9 years should be completed and less than 13 years). . SC Converted Christians/ BC-C candidates who were born between 01-09-2011 and 31-08-2015 are eligible for admission in Social Welfare Residential schools. Annual Income of the parents should be below Rs. 1,50,000 in rural areas and Rs. 2,00,000 in urban areas. Candidates who are studying in 4" class in the academic year 2023-24 are only eligible to apply. ( Candidates should upload a bonafide / study certificate of 4"" class of this year) Il. Mode of Admission in Schools FE = Selection for candidates will be based on erstwhile districts (Old Districts). Children of Fishermen of all districts are eligible for admission into MJPTBCWRS Koudipallischool. In this school admissions are provided basing on the merit and reservation of the candidate. All the districts candidates in Telangana are eligible for admission in TRS Sarvail (Nalgonda District) Regional Centre of Exllenceschool. In this, school admissions are provided basing on the merit and reservation of the candidate,ui, Entrance Test A. Entrance Test will be in 1) Telugu 2) English 3) Maths 4) Environmental sciences 5) Mental Ability of 4""Class level for 2 Hours for 100 Marks in objective type questions. The paper consists of questions from 1. Telugu (20)2. English (25) 3. Maths (25) 4. Environmental Studies (20) 5) Mental Ability (10) .. Answers should be bubbled in the OMR sheet. . The Entrance Test question paper will be in both Telugu & English Medium. oP 9 IV Examination Centres Entrance Testwill be held in the centres selected by the concerned district authorities V Mode of Selection for Admissionin Schools 1. Merit in Test. 2. Reservation criteria (based on the rules of the respective societies). 3. Nativity. 4. Special Category (Minorities, orphans, children of the Army personnel, ST students of the Agency Areas and children of the employees who are working in the Agency Areas). 5. If more than one student score the same marks, rank will be decided based on the Date of Birth, marks secured in Maths, Secured Marks in Environmental Science one after the other are considered one by one to decide the rank. 6. The reservation for physically challenged Children (Divyangulu), Orphans and children of the Army personnel are considered in their respective caste reservation quota. 7. The Chief Convener has the right to allot the seats of one category to another category if there are no suitable candidates in any reservation category. 8. The vacancies in the special categories (Physically challenged, orphans, children of the army personnel) are filled as per the directions of the Government.9. If the Tribal students of the Agency areas and the Children of the employees working in Agency areas are not available, these vacancies are filled with the Tribal students as per the directions of the Government. 10.The Chief Convenor has the right to reject the admission of any student who got selected, if he/she is found ineligible for any reason. VI Process of Application 1. A Reference 1D will be given after paying the registration fee Rs.100/- (Net banking / Debit card/ Credit card), and immediately application form will be shown. All the details should be filled in the application. Hall tickets can be downloaded 10 days prior to the entrance test. Mobile number which is entered for a student will not be accepted for another student application. 3. Due to any reason (power cut / system breakdown) unable to fill the application before the last date, using reference ID and Date of Birth, application form can be filled and get the hall ticket. 4. If Getting Reference ID is not applying for the entrance test. The ID Number is only for the information on the payment of application fee. If the applicationis not filled, hall ticket will not be downloaded. Without a hall ticket no one is permitted in any examination centre. 5. Candidates can apply online from 18-12-2023 to 20-01-2024 6. After filling online application Hall tickets are available to download 10 days prior to the entrance test. The candidates have to preserve a printout of the hall ticket. 7. Sample application form is given in Annexure IV. The candidate has to take a photo along with filled sample application beforesubmitting in online. The candidate has to sign below the photograph and upload as shown in online. The candidates have to get their original Caste and Birth certificates before fill the application form. If the original certificates are not available at the time of applying, they have to get them by the time of admission. Original certificates should submit at the time of admission compulsorily. If not selectionwill be cancelled and admission will not be given. 9. The application forms which are sent to any of the residential schools, residential societies and not filled online will not be considered and such candidates are not allowed to write the entrance test. 10. Candidates have to go through the seat matrix carefully and check how many seats are available for each caste in the four (4) Residential Educational Institutions Societies and select their priority accordingly. 11.In the same way your daughter/son name, Date of Birth, Gender should be recorded carefully. * VIL SOME IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR FILLING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM i, Sample application form should be filled before filling the online application form. . Passport size photo (4.5 cm.X4.5 cm.) along with the candidate's signature should be kept ready. While filling application candidate details are to be entered carefully. Parents or the Guardians of the candidates aretotally responsible for the mistakes while filling online application form.
