Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you?

Be strong and
courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for
the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

So, as we begin the New Year of 2022, the entire world is going through so much at the same
time. And it seems almost unbelievable that we are entering what would be the third year of a
Global Pandemic. I know there is fierce political controversies surround this issue, so that we
are clear, I am not trying to pick sides or to debate in this message. The latest “variant” of the
Covid-19 virus is called “Omicron.” Many people may not know it, but ‘Omicron’ is the 15th
letter of 24 letters in the Greek Alphabet.
We have endured so many acts of sudden violence which seem to have become a grim part of
American life. Cities and small towns, churches, malls, Synagogues, streets, schools and concert
venues have become the settings for terrifying scenes of mayhem.

Thanks be to God!!!
We can find Hope, assurance, and strength in the first and last letters of the Greek Alphabet --
Our Lord is the “Alpha” and “Omega.”

Our Beginning and Ending.

I don't know about you, but perhaps there was a sense last year that we would turn the page,
and this would all be behind us within a few months. But that is not the case despite efforts of
masks, vaccines, and mandates. Out of Love, I want to remind you that God is still in the
Blessings business and in charge regardless of what we have experienced or where we are
going!

As the prophet Joshua commanded believers then, I employ you now to “Be strong and
courageous.” I am certain that God’s Got This.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL
