NOTICE - 12/2022

The following candidates whose names are mentioned in the attached Annexure-A, who
applied against Open Advertisement No. 02/2022 for Recruitment of Management Trainee
on the basis of GATE-2022 Score, are hereby informed that they have been
PROVISIONALLY SELECTED for the said post and will be required to report for
Documents Verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME) at the allocated
Subsidiary on 03rd January, 2023.

Please note that the issuance of final Offer of Appointment (OOA) in CIL will be subject to
candidate being declared successful in the DV and IME. It may further be noted that in
case the candidate fails to produce the required document/s on the date of DV, he/ she will
not be allowed to appear in IME and his/her candidature will stand cancelled immediately
without any further notice. Further, if the candidate fails to meet the prescribed Medical
Standards in IME and is declared “Unfit for Employment” in CIL, then also his candidature
will be cancelled accordingly.

The Provisionally selected candidate should report for DV and IME with following
documents in ORIGINAL as well as two copies (self-attested) of each document:

2. Identity Card (i.e. Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Aadhar Card / Passport).
3. Bond (in the prescribed format to be executed on Rs. 100/- Non-
Judicial stamp paper).
4. Two copies of Attestation Form, each duly filled by the candidate and
counter signed (with stamp) by a Gazetted Officer.
5. Two copies of Identity Certificate, each duly filled by candidate and
counter signed (with stamp) by a Gazetted Officer.
 6. Two copies of Marriage Declaration Form.

7. 15 Copies of recent passport size colour photograph, as pasted in the

Application Form.
8. Matriculation / 10th / Secondary Board Level Certificate / Marksheet /
Admit Card in support of Age.
9. Marksheet of HSC / 12th Standard.
10. Final Degree and Marksheets of BE / B. Tech / B. Sc (Engg.) in relevant
Branch or MCA to meet the criteria of Advt. No. 02/2022 (Percentage
of marks obtained should be clearly visible in the Certificates).
11. CGPA/GPA, conversion in Percentage (%) certificate issued by
University/Institute, if applicable.
12. For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), SC / ST - Valid Caste Certificate in
prescribed format, already available on CIL Website.
13. For PwD category - Certificate in the prescribed format of Govt. of India
duly issued by the competent authority, already available on CIL
Website.
14. For Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) - Valid Income & Asset
certificate issued by the competent authority as per OM No.
36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31.01.19 of DoPT, Ministry of PPG&P,
Govt. of India for the year 2021-2022, already available on CIL
Website.
15. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer if employed
in Government / Semi-Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous
body.
16. GATE-2022 Score Card.

Candidates are advised to go through the CIL's Medical Attendance Rule

available on CIL's website and ensure that they meet the medical/ physical
standard to avoid any disappointment in IME.
