This is to inform the undersigned bears a Salary a/c 20251209257 in SBI NRC Branch and has an Auto
loan account bearing a/c no: 40446155132. An auto-debit standing instruction for monthly EMI amount
of Rs.7989 (Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty Nine) only is currently active on 1 st of every
month. However it was observed that 2 (two) EMIs were deducted on 01.12.2021.

I humbly request you for reversal of the excess EMI of Rs.7989 (Seven Thousand Nine Hundred and
Eighty Nine) only debited for Auto Loan (A/C No: 40446155132) and credit the same to my Salary A/C:
