Hereditary angioedema (HAE) is a rare, disabling and can be life threatening disease for
which early diagnosis and effective therapy are critical. Unfortunately, the disease is underdi-
agnosed in the middle east region.

This masterclass, the first in the UAE, aims to increase awareness of this condition among
HCPs and reduce diagnostic delay. The program is delivered by experts in the area and
includes knowledge of disease epidemiology, pathophysiology, differential diagnosis,
management approaches, update on the current guidelines and discussion of clinical cases.
