Empty the compressed air system.

Remove the clutch socket for the valve pack on the control housing.

Warning
Remove the plug on the valve pack to ensure that no air remains. The plug can be under pressure.

Remove the air connection for the valve pack. Remove the valve pack retaining bolts.

Remove the clutch socket for the position sensor on the valve pack. Remove the valve pack.

Check that the sealing surface on the clutch housing is clean.

Connect the socket for the position sensor to the new valve pack.

Fit the valve pack and torque tighten the bolts according to Gearbox, mechanical and in the correct order.

Fit the air connection to the valve pack.

Fit the valve pack socket to the control housing.

Fill the compressed air system with air and check that no leakage occurs.
