About The Mp3's

These mp3's are the same quality I use in my classes. Since they're like having an extra pair of
hands, I wanted to include them in this product.

Here are some of the features:

• There is a 3 second delay before the song starts; This gives you time to grab your instrument
and play along with the class, or just say “get ready” before the count-in.

• The thumbnails help you to easily find the tempo/ file your looking for.

• The melody and click track are panned "hard" left and right. By just changing the speaker
balance on your computer, you can increase or decrease their respective volume level.

• The mp3's are "raw"; just a piano for the melody (for sound-contrast with recorders) and a
click track.

Raw is better when your running a class. If you have practice files with an entire band playing,
there's too much going on. You want to hear your students, not a big production.

• These practice mp3's are much better to use than just a metronome. Your free to point to the
notes while the song is playing, walk around the class, watch your students, coach them
along....and they have fun keeping up. Personally, I like to pick up another instrument and
“bang out” chords in the background. My students seem to like the “independence” i.e. we're
not playing the same music and instrument. I encourage you to do the same.
