1. The knowledges and skills about the differences and similarities between "Internal" and
"External" audiences at the University of Languages can help PR manager to start the
activity. Identify vital points in this case and what will be your steps here?

University engaged in teaching IT fields and orginize your work with samples.
3. The main tactics and media relations could you implement as a team member of PR depart-

1. Application of media and information literacy skills for internal audience by PR
department is significant. How can you develop MIL skills in your UNI. Give samples.
2. Put yourself into the place of head at PR department and write down your main
