(Notification)
It is hereby notified that during the course of Semester Examination held in May/June 2023 the following candidates were
involved in Unfair Means Cases. They have been charged under Ordinance 4.2 Category 1-5 of the UMC Ordinance 2015,
with upto date amendments. All the cases were considered by the CPUM in its offline meeting held 16/6 & 14/7/2023
under the Chairperson of Dean Academics Affairs. The Committee had given them opportunity to defend their cases.
The candidates confessed their offences and tendered apology. The Committee after hearing and appreciating the office
record/evidence recommended their cases as under:-

1. Under Ordinance 4.3, Category No. 2(I), (II) ibid, it is recommended that his/her All Theory Papers (Regular)
of Current Semester Examination May/June 2023 be cancelled (Except in which they are getting E, F & I Grade)
and be awarded 'F' Grade in these papers of the following candidates. (Ex- Parte decision against following
