Healthy bites

Why should we eat healthily?

-A healthy bites help prevent most types of malnutrition and non-

communicable diseases. Moreover, unhealthy diet and lack of

physical activity are major health risks for people and reflect the

irregular diet of contemporary people.

-And we should also not eat too much fried and sweet foods,

which are often the cause of people getting fat and getting sick.

-Also, eating at inappropriate times is a bad habit. If you eat too

much in the middle of the night or at dinner, it can cause indigestion

and getting fat and diabetes.

-Breakfast or dinner should not be ignored either. Generally,

there is about 12 hours between dinner the day before and breakfast

the next day. If you skip breakfast and have fasted for up to 16 hours

after lunch, it can easily lead to hypoglycemia and hypotension. Even

lunch is called the most important meal of the day, we also should eat

all three meals on time.

-And healthy eating is not about strict diets or restrictions but


finding a sustainable balance.

Eat breakfast it is hard to keep, I am not a person who always

eats breakfast, and I believe that most people are just like me. There

is always no time for us to cook or eat it. And what I get is I am dizzy

all the time.

So, always remember to eat three meals!!
