Continuous development plan

-SMART method-

The S.M.A.R.T. method is defined by its five elements: Specific, Measurable, Achievable,
Relevant, Time-Bound. For a successful plan, the key elements must be used without missing
one of them. (Forbes, 2022).

Specific: This step is very important because it marks the beginning of the assignment by
choosing appropriate information for a well-done analysis and communication of the topic. A
clear manner of using the writing tools will be effective in the development of the assignment.
Measurable: This element refers to the quantity and quality of information in an assessment. It
is crucial to research, evaluate, and analyse the chosen statistics in the process of creating a
logical and credible statement. Also, it is necessary to mention the references which have the
role of demonstrating the accuracy of the information.
Achievable: Mastering grammar, exercising paraphrasing, using references, and conducting
research for different topics represent achievable skills. The objective must be realistic
according to your time so a balance between professional and personal life is necessary.
Relevant: Setting weekly goals, scheduling a plan, and practicing can be relevant ways of
performing the assessment. It is all about mastering discipline and self-awareness.
Time-bound: The most effective way of using time-bound is by setting deadlines and targets,
and also by learning what time management is and how to use it correctly.
