    I choose my mother as my client. She was suffering from empty nest syndrome.

    After her children became independent and went to a different country or city to continue their studies
    they became busy in their lives, so they paid more attention to their practical life than to their family.

    My client would feel lonely most of that time and showed symptoms of depression in its early stage.

    I plan to observe my client for the next couple of days. And then plan an appropriate treatment plant for
    her in order for her to deal with empty nest syndrome.
