iRENT AGREEMENT
SMT. REENA RAI W/O SH. UPENDRA RAI R/O FLAT NO-1/103,
MILLENNIUM APARTMENT, PLOT NO-2, SEC-9 DWARKA, NEW DELHI
(hereinafter called the landlord)
AND
MR. ANISH RAI S/O SH. UPENDRA RAI R/O FLAT NO-1/103,
MILLENNIUM APARTMENT, PLOT NO-2, SEC-9 DWARKA, NEW DELHI
(Hereinafter called the Tenant)
‘The expression of the first party and second party shall mean and
include their executors, representatives and include respective heirs,
successors, executors, representatives and assigns.
Whereas the landlord has shown their desire to let out a FLAT NO-1/103,
MILLENNIUM APARTMENT, PLOT NO-2, SEC-9 DWARKA, NEW DELHI,
above said mentioned address, and the tenants have agreed to take on
monthly ren
the following terms and conditions of this agreement asrent of Rs. 24,000/-(Twenty Four Thousand Rupees t jonth
and the tenant shall not challenge the same at any time or any
circumstance in any court of law.
2. That the tenant will use the said premises only for Residential
purposes only.
3. That the tenant has paid a security amount of Rs. NIL to the
Landlord which shall be refunded without any interest by the
Landlord to the tenant at the time of vacating the said property after
deducting all the pending dues and demands if any.
A. That the tenant shall not made any structure additions however
internal alteration shall be allowed the way tenants want, in the
existing premises.
5. That the landlord will be authorized to inspect the above said
premises at any time in the presence of the tenant and he will be
authorized to make necessary repairs, additions of alteration etc. in
the said premises.
6. That the tenant shall not sublet the said premises or any portion
thereof to any person or persons.
7. That the tenant shall pay electricity and water charge extra to the
landlord if applicable.
8. That the tenant shall pay rent 10% day of each English calendar
months.
9. That 10% of rent increase by landlord every year.

to executed at New Delhi on the day of 13-01-2023 and years above
